Gashtyar is a platform for discovering hotels, restaurants and tourist sites. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- When you create an account: your name, email, and phone number if you enter one.
- What you send yourself: reviews, comments, messages to places, saved places, likes and discount codes.
- Your chosen language, so emails reach you in it.
- To count views, your IP address and browser type are used in hashed form for a few hours and are not stored.
Why we use it
- To run the services: accounts, messages, offers and reviews.
- To send necessary emails such as password resets and new-message alerts.
- We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.
Who sees it
- Your name is shown with your reviews. Your email and phone are never shown.
- A place's owner sees your name when you message them or claim a code for their place.
- Platform admins can hide inappropriate reviews.
Deleting your account
- You can permanently delete your account at any time under "My account".
- Your saved places, reviews, codes and messages are deleted with it.
